BAG of Tricks
Brogan, Adams and Gill make their trio debut this Fall at the Las Tortugas Halloween Music Festival in Yosemite Park. Expect lots of surprises, as this new combo explores a range of fresh possbilities. Keyboard wizardry, funky drumming, anchored basslines and trading vocals will surely lead to bags and bags of fun, not to be missed.

LAB
This ALO trio has proven to pack quite a punch over the years. On their own, Lebowtiz, Adams and Brogan re-shuffle favorites from the ALO catalog while mixing in more of their own originals with select covers. With lots of space between the guitar, bass and drums, the band explores this material in a whole new way. Top-notch jamming blended with solid dance grooves and sing-along choruses make LAB an instant party favorite. In the last year, the trio has also charted cool collaborations with Jackie Greene and Trevor Garrod (Tea Leaf Green). Rounding out the group with special guests like these surely solidifies LAB as a band ready for anything.

LAG Acoustic Buffet
When Saratoga, CA's three elementary schools sent their graduating sixth graders off to Redwood Junior High, I wonder if they knew that a young guitar jedhi (Lebo), a searching music enthusiast (Adams) and an already-aspiring rock n' roller (Gill) would discover and begin a musical collaboration that would still be growing, in fact thriving, so many years later? Whether they knew it or not, this unassuming moment is forever noted as the first chapter of an incredible journey the three founders of The Animal Liberation Orcehstra have written together. Officially realizing their independence in between seeking drummers, and by simply wanting to take their acoustic instruments (accordion, acoustic guitar, stand-up bass) to the streets, the trio leaned on their initials to create The LAG Acoustic Buffet - the "buffet" representing the smorgasbourg of covers they brought to their set (Middle Eastern, Bluegrass, Mariachi, Rock) blended with their own quirky-yet-sentimental originals. Today, The LAG Acoustic Buffet is not only a fun show with plenty of nostalgia, often bringing back songs from years past yet surely incorpotating their latest favorites, but also simply the three together, whatever that may bring.
